Located at 1519 Euclid Avenue in downtown Cleveland, the Keybank State Theater is one of the theaters that make up Playhouse Square. It was designed by the noted theater architect Thomas W. Lamb; in 1921 Marcus Loew built it as the flagship facility for the Loew's Theatres Company Ohio branch.

SLALCO designed new period newel post lights for the staircases as well as the early 20th Century French crystal chandeliers in the main lobby.
